You must be 18 years or older to rent and operate a JETCAR. The minimum age to be a passenger is TWO years old.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your reservation time for pick-up. Being late will reduce your ride time, and we may be unable to extend it. If you're more than 15-20 minutes late to the dock, you risk losing your reservation. No-shows will forfeit their payment.

Refunds are not permitted, but we can always reschedule. Refunds are allowed when it comes to bad weather. If you encounter special conditions requiring a refund, please contact us immediately. Requests for refunds due to special conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Riding a JETCAR can be straightforward! The experience varies, but most find it user-friendly. The team typically provides guidance and instructions before you start. Familiarize yourself with the controls and ask any questions you might have to ensure a smooth ride.

Individuals sharing the same JETCAR can switch between driver and passenger roles during the rental, provided that both possess a Boaters License.

No. However, we do offer complimentary life jackets with rentals in various sizes, ranging from infant to XXXL. Life jackets are mandatory at all times for children under 18.

Our attentive staff continuously monitors our ride zone. They will notify you when your allotted time is concluding and assist in safely returning the jetcar to the dock.

Yes, the combined weight limit is 560lbs per Jetcar or 3 people (whichever comes first).

Our pricing is based on each JETCAR, designed to accommodate up to 3 people. The preferred party configurations are either 3 adults at a time, 1 adult and 2 children, or 2 adults and 1 kid.
